• Shaving brush handcrafted by Brad, co-owner of The Copper Hat. This shaving brush is made from salvaged and dried Yew tree wood from Vancouver Island.  To ensure it stands up to years of everyday use in the water, Brad has stabilized it with a clear resin that highlights its beautiful natural colour. This brush is set with extremely soft Tuxedo synthetic nylon bristles.
• a Parker double edge razor with an easy-to-hold textured handle. A double edged safety razor such as this one uses a standard double edged blade and provides an extremely smooth, clean shave.
• a Combo Stand to hold your brush and razor
• a tin of our own Copper Hat All-Natural Shave Soap.  This soap creates a thick and moisturizing lather while protecting the skin.  It is available in several scents to choose from.
• 5 pack of razor blades.  Each blade lasts approximately 5 to 7 shaves.
• travel size bottle of aftershave

We set this brush with extremely soft “Tuxedo” synthetic nylon bristles which makes it softer than any natural bristle type and excellent for those with sensitive skin.  After 10 years of manufacturing and setting people up with shaving brushes, we’ve learned that Synthetic bristles outlast natural bristles and are easier to care for.  They are lovely and soft, making them excellent for those with sensitive skin.  Synthetic bristles are also vegan.

Brad has been making shaving brushes on his wood lathe since the beginning of The Copper Hat in 2009 and loves creating something that the recipient will enjoy for many years to come!
